On the one hand, this is probably the most blatant comic yet to bait claims of “jumping the shark” from my (tiny yet loyal) readership.

On the other hand, this comic may have set a record for the shortest concept-to-conclusion production time frame in all of QP history.

I leave it to better minds than mine to decide the relative value of these facts.

So, here’s the deal: I had last Monday’s comic prepped and posted before I realized on what “special” day it was going to land. I briefly considered swapping it out and shuffling things around and cranking out a quickie replacement… then I came up with this, instead.
