I should apologize for two important things, here:
1) I apologize for the lighting. It turns out that the dining room table isn’t nearly as good of a stage as I’d hoped, because I had to get the lights way, way too close to make this work at all. Thus, shiny ducks.
2) I should apologize for the sort-of cliffhanger. I won’t… but I should.

Dun-dun-DUHHHHHHHHHHHN!!!!
That last panel really is begging for a musical sting, isn’t it? Heh.
Oooh, the plot thickens!
And I don’t mind shiny ducks.
I’m glad you don’t, ’cause until I get some more lighting equipment (or, put another way, some vellum paper or the equivalent, which I’ll be shopping for after payday next week) shiny is what we get for a while longer… 🙂
I like the shiny ducks makes them look metalic. 🙂
And I feel so sorry for him. 🙁
